SYDNEY IRVING ~ UNPLUGGED & ELECTRIC
8PM~SATURDAY, AUGUST 15

Sydney Irving is an emerging artist on a trajectory that makes us lucky to have the opportunity to secure a concert with her before her inevitable move to much larger venues, towns and cities.  Having attained her highly deserved musicianship and songwriting credit at the age of 21 makes her all the more remarkable.

A dynamic performer who grew-up in a household that music had a nearly constant presence, Sydney developed a deep appreciation for a wide range of musicians that inspired her, ranging from the Beatles to Tom Petty, to the Ramones and Guns n' Roses and Taylor Swift to Ronnie James Dio!

Gifted a guitar by her parents on her 9th birthday, Irving would polish off her homework and dive into playing and songwriting, both of which she did with  dedication and skill rare for more experienced aspring musicians. At 14, Sydney released her debut album, The Halfmoon Sessions.  Two albums later, she was honored by the International Singer Songwriters Association as the Young Adult Artist of the Year.  The Syracuse Area Music Awards proclaimed her the 2022 SAMMYS Best New Artist in 2022.

Unfashioned Creatures, Sydney's major label debut, speaks volumes for an emerging artist with a creative vision beyond her years. The album was written or co-written; co-produced and arranged by Irving, with most of the guitar parts played by the singer, herself.

Going to an intimate concert by an artist destined to play much bigger concerts is a very special experience. This night will be one of them.  Don't miss out!
