There are plenty of places available to rent for receptions, meetings and other private functions, but few offer anything approaching the atmosphere of Unity Hall. The fact that Unity Hall is less expensive to rent than many comparably sized, generic alternatives comes as a delightful surprise to many.
Important and wonderful events become even more special in a unique setting. Whether you are planning a wedding reception, holding a meeting, organizing a reunion, staging a play or presenting a concert, Unity Hall could be the ideal location for your event.
The Hall is as functional as it is beautiful. Its ground floor meeting rooms are spacious in an intimate way.
The Dining Room seats up to 30 guests and is just steps from Unity Hall's well appointed kitchen and pantry area, equipped with commercial gas cook top and oven, two sink areas with adjacent counter space and a commercial dish washer.
The dining room also includes a 65" HDTV and an external sound system that can be used for entertainment or presentations.
Handsome Hinge Parlor has a large gas fireplace. multiple windows that allow natural light to bathe the hardwood floors. With room for 40 at tables or 60 for presentations, it can be used as additional dining room or a meeting or program space.
The ground floor also has two bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible. Coat racks are in the main entryway to the Hall.
Landecker Theater extends the full length of the second floor. Though spacious, this room is warm and inviting with its beautiful hardwood floors, walls and arched ceiling.
Guests entering the historic theater for the first time are awed by its beauty. Large windows provide much light throughout the day. At night, the space can be illuminated by Chandelier alone, or with additional house lights that ring the room. The theater seats up to 120 people or up to 70 seated at tables.
The charming space can be theatrically lit to suit the nature of your event. The acoustics of the space are so exemplary that amplification is not necessary in many instances, but it is available*

*Use of the sound and lighting equipment can be arranged for an additional cost. Unity Hall rentals are for private, non-commercial events. The Hall cannot be rented for concerts or other performances as paid public events.

April 16 - October 15
First Floor Only: $200
First Floor with Kitchen: $300
First & Second Floors: $400
First & Second Floors with Kitchen: $500
October 16 - April 15
First Floor Only: $300
First Floor with Kitchen: $400
First & Second Floors: $500
First & Second Floors with Kitchen: $600
Rental of entire Hall or supplementing rental of the First Floor Only rental with a tent is required for events with more than 75 attending. The kitchen is approved for the re-heating of previously prepared dishes only. 50% of Rental Fee + refundable deposit due at signing of rental agreement. Remainder of fee is due 4 days prior to the event. 14 day notice required for cancellation without penalty. Cancellations less than 14 days out will be refunded the 50% of the full rental fee paid at signing.
Events requiring access to the Hall on days other than the event date may be subject to additional fees. Special rates may be available for multiple day events, 'off peak' events (daytime hours or weekdays, for example), or public events the Unity Hall Foundation deem warrant special consideration.
