MOHAWK VALLEY GIVES
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20

We are excited to announce that Unity Hall has been invited to participate in this year’s Mohawk Valley Gives Campaign.  We are joining other non-profits of all types in this special fundraising effort sponsored by the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties.

Unity Hall’s goal is to raise funds to upgrade the quality of our sound and video capabilities. We have already raised $5000 towards this effort and are looking to raise an additional $5000.  We hope you’ll join us in making this happen!

This new system will improve the sound quality of our live concerts and upgrade our live simulcast capabilities so those unable to maneuver our staircase can comfortably enjoy top quality sound and video live streams in our first  floor parlor.  Acquiring this equipment will also be an important step toward being able to live stream concerts and other events for people to enjoy from home.

The official day of giving is Wednesday, September 20th, but early giving starts on Wednesday, September 13th. Donations of $5 and up can be made online via the Community Foundation’s Mohawk Valley Gives site now through 9/20.

Thank You!

Many Unity Hall programs are made possible with funds from the Decentralization Program, a re-grant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by CNY Arts.

We were pleased and proud to  be recognized as one of the Best Venues for live music in the 2019 and 2020 SAMMY Awards. Our thanks to the Syracuse Area Music Awards board and all those that voted, and congratulations to the venues we share this distinction with.
