DRIFTWOOD
8PM~SATURDAY, MAY 9

You'd be hard-pressed to find a more tightly-knit group than Driftwood. Their dynamic approach to folk-rock, originally rooted in bluegrass, has since evolved to seamlessly add a wide range of influences, making their albums and performances truly captivating.

The band's impressive talent in songwriting and performance allows them to infuse every song with passion, and Driftwood's spontaneous improvisation  ensures no two performances are the same. After two decades of playing together, each show becomes a fresh musical experience for both the band

and their audience.

Band member Joe Kollar considers the group bond as “basically a beautiful friendship that happens to play music together.” That has greatly contributed to Driftwood's growing fan base. We have been eager to add Driftwood to the lineup of outstanding bands we have been able to bring to Barneveld.

Last summer, we invited the members to drop by the Hall while en route to a concert in the Adirondacks, one look at our theater sealed the deal. That night, bassist Joey Arcuri texted, “We loved Unity Hall! We left there saying how we can’t wait to play it. Thanks for hitting us up!”

The wait is almost over - mark your calendars for May 9th! Don't miss this unforgettable concert; get your tickets early!

Every event at Unity Hall helps sustain community programming and preserve our historic building. Unused tickets will be gratefully converted into a donation to the Unity Hall Foundation. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every purchase you make directly supports our mission - thank you for making a difference.

Main Stage events take place in our historic second floor theater. Those not comfortable or confident climbing our stairway are invited to enjoy the hi-definition simulcast on our large flat-panel display in the first floor parlor, which can be easily accessed through the door from the patio adjacent to the parking lot behind the Hall.
