Rental of entire hall or supplementing rental of the downstairs only with a tent is required for events with more than 75 people attending.

The kitchen in Unity Hall is approved for the re-heating of previously prepared dishes only.  Full-scale preparation and cooking of meals is not permitted in Unity Hall.

1/2 Of Rental Fee + refundable $150 deposit is due when the agreement is signed. Remainder of rental fee is due 14 days prior to the date of your event. Fourteen day notice is required for a cancellation without penalty. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date are subject to forfeiture of the 50% of the rental fee paid at time the agreement was signed.

Events requiring access to the building on days other than the date an event is booked for may be subject to additional fees.  Special rates may be available for multiple day events, 'off peak' events (daytime hours, weekdays, for example), or public events the Unity Hall Foundation deem warrant special consideration.
