Hall is thrilled to welcome Rattlin' Bog to the
stage on Saturday, May 5, 2012.
Ever seeking pleasing harmonic consonance” characterizes the musical
aspiration of this Central New York based musical group
Rattlin' Bog
- currently comprised of
Rick Kincaid, Joe Rowlands Dan Sargent, John Brett and Mike
Carroll. Over a period of 25 years the band has employed various
approaches toward this aspiration. As a consequence their
performances at festivals, concerts, coffee houses and parties often
include a smorgasbord of musical styles from acappella sea shanties
to traditional and popular folk, old time gospel and tunes of Celtic
origin – accompanied variously by 6 and 12 string guitars, banjo,
mandolin, accordian, concertina, cittern, harmonicas ,tin whistles,
flute, melodica and keyboard.
They are probably best known for their rousing Irish repertoire –
from whence came their trademark name. Come enjoy their next
scheduled harmonic and good humored event.
